2015 A year in review – A Fantastic year for mplsystems

As Christmas approaches and the team are beginning to wind down for the festive period, mplsystems wanted to take the time to review 2015 and share what an amazing year it has been for the business.
Undoubtedly one of the most exciting announcements of the year was Gartner announcing they had positioned mplsystems on the Magic Quadrant for CRM Customer Engagement Centre for the first time. This news was followed by mplsystems second positioning in October 2015, this time as a visionary on the new Magic Quadrant for Contact Centre as a Service. As a result of this combined success, mplsystems are proud to be one of only two organisations to be positioned on both Gartner Magic Quadrant’s.
In line with this growing industry recognition, mplsystems saw 2015 as a key time to transform their brand image and as such launched a new corporate website in 2015 (www.mplsystems.co.uk). Whilst keeping the existing, and now well recognised mplsystems logo, the new website boasts a modern, colourful design which has been extended across all sales and marketing documentation.
“mplsystems have worked hard in 2015 to refresh the corporate image and start becoming recognised as one of the key players in the industry. This can be recognised not only by our inclusion in the two Gartner Magic Quadrants but also the fact that mplsystems are becoming the supplier of choice by many organisations to carry out complete business transformation projects, which we hope to announce in 2016.” Comments Paul White, CEO, mplsystems. “These new business wins have helped mplsystems achieve one of the most successful sales years so far and means 2015 will be the 6th consecutive year we have successfully grown our revenues.”
To retain the businesses growing customer portfolio, mplsystems introduced their first Customer Conference at Grosvenor House in London in 2015. The team were delighted at the amount of customers that registered for the event and the great feedback from those that attended. As a result of the success of the first customer conference, mplsystems will now be hosting this on an annual basis, to give customers the opportunity to come together and learn about mplsystems business plans and product updates. This included the launch of mplsystems new product “intelligentResponse” which was funded by the UK Government’s Technology Strategy Board to accelerate the development of multi-channel textual analytics solutions for customer service applications. This product has now been successfully implemented in to two of mplsystems key customers and continues to generate interest from organisations who are facing challenges with the rapid growth in text based customer service.
