Merry Christmas & Happy New Year from mplsystems

With our last prediction in our Customer Service Trends for 2017 series published, our countdown to a Merry Christmas is done. Looking back on 2016, it has been a fantastic year for us at mplsystems and we wanted to share our highlights with you.
This year saw the launch of innovative solutions that have delivered significant improvements within many new customers’ contact centres. From the advancements made in our intelligentResponse module, to the release of our Omni-Channel Process Designer, we have enjoyed a pleasant wave of success alongside our valued customers.
With new deployments and innovation for customers including: Home Serve Gas, Purple Bricks, Chain IQ, Aviva, Iceland and Stone Group, we have enjoyed a successful year in sales.
Furthermore, our second grant from Innovate UK for the ‘Advanced Engineer Scheduling Optimisation & Prediction’ (AESOP) project, has allowed us to configure a pioneering customer service application to deliver real-time responsive optimisation of field service technicians, and to allow this to be initiated by smart devices and the IoT.
