mplsystems, the Omni-channel contact centre specialist, will be exhibiting at the Customer Contact Expo 2015 for the 10th year in a row. The event will be held at London Olympia on Wednesday 30th September – 1st October 2015 and will provide visitors with the opportunity to source new products and services, discuss their challenges and gain insight into best practice.
Mplsystems will be located on stand E40 and will be providing demonstrations of their innovative customer engagement solution that has just been positioned in the 2015 Gartner Magic Quadrant Customer Engagement CRM Centre. mplsystems have entered the Magic Quadrant for the first time in 2015 alongside Salesforce, Microsoft and Oracle and are one of only two European vendors included. We will also be featuring our new self-service module which provides a unique way to seamlessly blend automated web chat, email and mobile texts with the live contact centre environment.
