Nick Frank announced as guest speaker at Field Service Insight UK

We are excited to announce Nick Frank, industry expert and Managing Partner of Si2 Partners, as one of our guest speakers. Nick Frank is a specialist in the development aNick Franknd execution of service strategies that increase the value of manufacturing and technology businesses. Over the past 20 years he has delivered many services centric programmes, through roles such as General Manager of After Market Sales, as well as a number of Service Director level and Global Product Manager positions within industry leading multinational businesses.

At Field Service Insight UK, Nick will host an interactive discussion on “The Road to a Connected Servitized Future”. In this session Nick will look at the move from a Reactive to a Proactive service model and will explain how businesses can grow revenue through restructuring their service and product offering in the context of a  range of real life business examples ranging from small, simple approaches to large, sophisticated enterprises. Nick will go on to discuss the ‘Internet of Things ‘ and how businesses can realise monetary value from remote and preventative maintenance.
