Richard Snow, Ventana Research, releases full review of IFS-mplsystems customer experience technology

11th January, 2016

In January 2016 Richard Snow, VP & Research Director, released a new analyst perspective on mplsystems service “IFS-mplsystems offers array of customer experience support for contact centres”. In this article Richard summarises IFS-mplsystems customer contact, customer service CRM and field service management technologies summarising:

“To my knowledge, mplsystems is the only vendor to support such a diverse set of capabilities, and while it might not include all the features of some of the stand-alone systems, they are tightly integrated, which as I said above is essential to supporting Omni channel experience. Companies on or beginning a journey toward Omni-channel customer service should include this company in the vendors they assess.”
