Gartner’s 2016 Magic Quadrant for Contact Center as a Service, Western Europe

Gartner have recognised that “the Contact Center as a Service ( CCaaS) market in Western Europe is maturing in such a way that IT leaders and customer service organisations have a range of competitive offers to consider in place of the more traditional on-premise contact center infrastructure.”

In order to aid consumers navigating their way round these offers, Gartner analysts Steve Blood, Drew Kraus and Daniel O’Connell have analysed the CCaaS market solutions offered by 10 vendors alongside their ability to deliver. The report provides an indication on the market leaders, challengers, visionaries and niche players, while offering an insightful overview on the market.

Gartner’s Magic Quadrant is a highly recommended read for a brief overview of CCaaS solutions that are driving and inhibiting the market at this time.
